Mill Rubber Liner sizes’ verification:

If you are the mill user and could not define the sizes of the liners, we suggest the following procedure to get the data for us:

1. Wrap a tape measure around the mill cylinder, measure the circumference of the cylinder divided by 3.14, and subtract twice the thickness of the cylinder to obtain the inner diameter of the cylinder;
2. Measure the distance including the connection gap between the cylinder and the end caps at both ends;
3. Count the screw quantity in one row along the length of the cylinder, and measure the diameter of the screws;
4. Measure manhole sizes;
5. Count the quantity of screws on the feeding end cover, excluding the innermost and outermost rings, screws quantity are in one circle, circles numbers, and measure the diameter of the screws.
6. Count the quantity of screws on the discharge end cover, excluding the innermost and outermost rings, screws quantity are in one circle, circles numbers, and measure the diameter of the screws.
