Our mill rubber liner is applied to different type ball mills/grinding mills, autogenous tumbling mill(AG mill), rod mill, damp mill and etc.
Rubber liner is used to protect the mill cylinder body from the direct impact and friction of abrasive materials or steel balls/rods. Also different shapes of the lifters can adjust the movement of the grinding body so as to enhance the grinding. It raises the grinding efficiency, increases the capacity and also reduces the consumption of metals.
Rubber liner has the following advantages comparing manganese steel liner:
