Corrugated screen(pyramid shape) is the screen media of the vibrating screen/mud cleaner. The vibrating screen/mud cleaner is extracting large solids from the drilling fluid. Besides in the drilling field, it is also used in the coal cleaning and mining industries.
This screen is made of 2 or 3 layers stainless steel mesh. It is compounded and bended, and combined with a back frame. The pyramid shape(wave shape) increases the screening area by 120-150% and get the better screening efficiency.
